About the Space
Our cafe space includes butcher block bistro tables, coogi pattern chairs, bar height director's chairs, accordion windows which provide indoor outdoor use, along with patio furniture. Our space can be used for private events, photoshoots, filming, classes, book signings, meetings, and more! The dining area and patio are both available for use. We can also provide a staff member to serve food and beverage if desired.

Lighting description
We have large 5 bay accordian windows with smaller transom windows above those. The windows face west so there is direct sunlight entering the windows in mid afternoon.

Ambient noise description
During business hours, you will hear standard coffee shop noise and conversation. Outside of business hours, it is possible to hear street noise, appliance noise, and neighbor noise.

General Rules
Our House Rules:
No smoking permitted inside the building. Outside catering is allowed with prior permission with the exception of competing products unless granted written permission. Access behind the counter or in the kitchen is prohibited unless included in the rental. Please be respectful of our neighbors by not playing loud music outside.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Items must be placed back and left in original condition.

Our cafe has one security camera behind the counter as well as a couple in the kitchen and office.

Surfaces are cleaned and sprayed with sanitizing solution throughout the day/ in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
