Beautiful brand new backyard oasis with In-Ground Trampoline. Space also features 2 patio areas and a raised deck with covered area.. Available for photoshoots/videos/commercial production. Would also be a perfect spot for small group fitness workshops/classes. Physical Use of trampoline requires signed release forms and additional fee.

Public lot at end of street as well as free all day street parking on half of street with some street cleaning hours Tuesday/Wednesday weekly.
General Rules
-No Smoking On Premises
-No more than one person allowed on trampoline at a time and only with signed release form
-No alcohol allowed during rental times
-Outside catering allowed on Driveway
-No damaging equipment on Artificial turf- rubber padding must be used if necessary
-No permanent alterations can be made to the rented space

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned between all bookings by cleaning crew or myself if schedule permits.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
