Well appointed and tastefully "Farmhouse Chic"; there is something for everyone here! The Palm House has five well appointed bedrooms with five and one half baths. Four of the five bedrooms are in the main farmhouse while the fifth is a separate Casita in the back with kitchenette. Plenty of different areas for everyone to relax and spread out while visiting: -A beautiful California Room with new Redwood decking, features a record player (or bluetooth) and a box of classic vinyl with enough room to comfortably seat ten guests. Roll up the massive screen to enjoy a true California indoor/outdoor experience. -The perfect backyard to entertain that includes an outdoor bar and kitchen, fire pit, dining table, grill, and covered lounge all under our massive Valley Oaks! -Enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine from the front porch admiring the fantastic rose garden and sunset colors. -A full basement with a kitchenette and bathroom is outfitted with a large sectional and poker table. -The front living room is airy and bright with plenty of room for guests. - Our kitchen is over stocked with commercial grade cooking equipment that will make any chef smile and rare to find in any downtown rental.
