We take the cleaning process seriously to ensure that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Our cleaning process includes the following steps: Cleaning: Our cleaning team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the entire home, including all high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops. Linens and Towels: All linens and towels are washed and replaced with fresh, clean ones for each new guest. Trash and Recycling: All trash and recycling are removed and disposed of properly. Restocking: We restock the home with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap before each new guest's arrival. Inspection: We inspect the home to ensure that it meets our high standards of cleanliness and that all amenities are in working order. Please note that a cleaning fee may apply to cover the cost of our professional cleaning services. We ask that guests leave the home in a similar condition as when they arrived and to follow the checkout procedures as outlined in the arrival instructions. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
