Including all required personal protective equipment. We wear gloves when cleaning and wash our hands thoroughly with soap and water, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer if we cannot wash our hands, both before and after wearing gloves. We use disposable gloves when cleaning and discard them after each use. We clean all surfaces using a disinfectant containing alcohol in a concentration of ≥70%, chlorine bleach in a concentration of 1000 parts per million, oxygen bleach, or wipes and sprays that contain quaternary ammonium compounds. After cleaning, dispose of any disposable cloths in a rubbish bag, or launder reusable cloths in the usual way.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
