About the Space
This is a 3-level Mid-century Modern home in Eagle Rock with lots of natural light, floor to ceiling windows and amazing views on each level. The home was originally built in 1959 and was recently upgraded from top to bottom. Carefully curated with a mid-century color palette, floor to ceiling walnut paneling, designer furniture, hardwood flooring, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen, bar, & workout/yoga studio. 1st floor (ground floor) is an open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining/living room area, and a stunning blue tiled bathroom. Kitchen would be ideal for a cooking or food photoshoot. Blue star gas stove and oven, integrated refrigerator and dishwasher, Cesar stone countertops, 2 sinks and a bar top. 2nd floor hosts a supercool bar with custom walnut cabinets, a large living space, a bright bathroom with walk-in shower and marble countertops, and a delightful workout/yoga studio with unique hexagon shelving. 3rd Floor contains the main bedroom with a large bathroom, porcelain tub and overhead chandelier. Bedroom has a dark cobalt blue, cork paneled wall which provides a stunning backdrop for photos. There is large outdoor patio/balcony that can be used for photos. The balcony faces the west and hosts picturesque sunsets. The patio has a large white table that can be used. Eagle Rock is near Pasadena and Glendale and we are located right next to Occidental College on a quiet hillside street. There is plenty of free street parking, but the street is narrow and can only accommodate mid size trucks and vans. However, there is more parking at the bottom of the hill. It is posted here to show the front of the house. **Unfortunately, no large film shoots allowed at this time, but videos are allowed with a small crew. Absolutely immaculate, unique, creative, detailed, classy, beautiful beautiful space. Not just high quality, but good taste in architecture and furniture. This blue textured wall in particular had our hearts for a good 45 minutes of photo taking. Jennifer and her husband were so very kind to us. They helped us set up the full house sound system so we could listen to Janet Jackson on repeat. We could feel the love and care that was put into curating the space. Thank you for opening up your home so other people can see what is possible. I have never been in a home like this and will have its energy and image in my hearts mood board for a long long time.

The house absolutely exceeded my expectations. The style was immaculate and clean, and the creative direction we were going for was accomplished. The parking was enough for our crew and getting lunch delivered was easy. Jennifer was very helpful and accomidating to the crew and made the process to book very easy by answering any questions I had.
