A short walk from a charming historic town, this Community Boardroom is the perfect location for business meetings, seminars and small group meetings. It is located on the second level of a public visitors center building - and is ADA accessible. This meeting space accommodates up to 16 guests with a large conference table with chairs. A 70" TV monitor with HDMI is available for virtual meetings (with a Bluetooth speakerphone) or other large meeting displays. Also available is a large whiteboard with markers, a mini-fridge and counter to bring in your own food and beverages (including alcohol). Access to restrooms is on the main level.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The entire building is cleaned weekly by a professional commercial cleaning. In between bookings, the Rental Coordinator staff clean the conference room, ensuring everything is ready for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
