About the Space
Step back in time on this gorgeous, pastoral property! Multiple original outbuildings & barns offer a variety of locations, from our beautifully remodeled horse barn that compares to the finest stables in Kentucky, to our original heritage dairy farm complete with stacks of hay. We have seven acres of rolling pasture, and a beautiful wood line that makes a fairytale backdrop. Horses roam freely and are available for an additional fee as “extras” in your shoot.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Loved the atmosphere, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The setting is beautiful and we got some great family pictures. We didn't realize until we were there that there was such a big slope to the property and we had great grandma with us. We used the outside of the first barn as our backdrop and the inside of the second building for some of the pics. The only reason we wouldn't book again is we probably won't all be together again for many years.

I have shot twice here and absolutely love it. The farm is very clean and well taken care of. Leah is very friendly and easy to work with. The horse Pie is amazing and so good at posing. Can’t wait to shoot here again.
