About the Space
Our 1100 square foot storefront has concrete floors and a living wall of plants, complimented by modern custom shelving units in warm alder wood. The space is ideal for shoots requiring: a boutique, a florist, an upscale loft, a small business office, a cafe, a coffee shop, a workshop, a yoga studio, etc. The shop has a modern tropical style that can lean towards boho. The tables in the center of the shop are dining height and can be moved together to create a long dining table or two smaller ones. The space has one restroom and four guaranteed stacked parking spots. If the space is left in the same condition as it was found, no cleaning fees will apply. This includes trash removal, tape, supplies, etc. If the space is not cleaned a $100 cleaning fee per hour will apply. We can accommodate shoots that run longer than expected whenever possible but OT will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate. All clean up and set up must happen within the scheduled times, clean up occurring after scheduled time will be billed as overtime. Because we are a 7-day-a-week business, we can accomodate shoots early in the morning (7am-11am is the usual), or we can close to customers for the day with enough advance notice. Show less

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
