Space includes: - 1st floor access with street level automatic rolling gate - 700 sq ft open basement space for any production needs (offices, hair+make, up, wardrobe, equipment staging ect.) - High speed wifi - Slop sink - Bathroom - Several folding chairs and tables - Changing room can be made upon request Since we are a functioning set shop, we can fabricate any custom set elements needed. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
