About the Space
Welcome to The Cute Co-Create Space, a unique and modern venue perfect for a wide range of events. This open floor plan space boasts 750 sq ft of modern design, featuring a sleek garage door entrance with double glass doors. The main feature of the space is a stunning black and white mural of a hair model, providing a striking backdrop for any event. The walls are also adorned with hanging hair extensions, adding to the space's unique charm. The space also features a 10ft tall cash wrap counter in the center of the floor, with a black crocodile fabric countertop, perfect for displaying merchandise or as a central point for gathering. A feather crescent ring provides a unique and eye-catching decor piece that can also be used for photos during events. For your comfort, the space also includes one sofa and a ring light as well as a sink. There are no bathrooms available inside the dwelling, but many bathroom options inside nearby coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The Cute Co-Create Space is the ideal location for hosting baby showers, beauty classes, seminars, workshops, and more. Conveniently located near Northpark mall area, in a plaza with other brand new modern businesses, this venue is sure to impress your guests and make your event one to remember.

Lighting description
At The Cute Co-Create Space, we love the natural lighting that our space provides. With two large glass window garage doors on either entrance, as well as two glass entryway doors, we have plenty of natural light that floods the space. We understand that some guests may prefer to have the option to block out natural light, but please note that we do not have any shades or curtains available for this purpose. However, we think that the natural light provides a bright atmosphere that is perfect for photos. So come enjoy the beautiful natural lighting at The Cute Co-Create Space!
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
At The Cute Co-Create Space, we want to be transparent about the noise level inside our space for video shoots. Please note that our space does not have any soundproofing, so noise can be heard from the loft above as well as from street level parking and passerby's outside. While we do our best to minimize any noise disruptions during your rental, we want to ensure that you are aware of the potential for outside noise to impact your video shoot. However, we believe that our space still provides a unique and creative backdrop for your video shoot, and we encourage you to use your creativity to work with any potential noise challenges. If you have any questions or concerns about the noise level in our space, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for more information.

Equipment loading description
At The Cute Co-Create Space, we understand how important it is for our guests to have easy access when loading in their equipment. That's why we have made it simple and convenient for you to bring in your equipment. Our space has two entryway doors as well as two garage doors with remote access. This means that you can easily pull up the garage doors or use the remote to open them up for easy loading and unloading of your equipment. Alternatively, if you prefer to use the entryway doors, you can do so as well. The entryway doors are wide and spacious, allowing for easy access with large equipment. We want to make sure that your rental experience is as stress-free as possible, so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about equipment loading or if you require any additional assistance.

Electrical system description
At The Cute Co-Create Space, we want to provide our guests with all the necessary information regarding our electrical system. Our space has 11 outlets with gold-plated coverings, which provide ample power for your equipment needs. However, please note that we do not have information on the power rating of the space, so it is important to check the power requirements of your equipment before using them in our space. In case of an electrical issue, the circuit breaker is located near the front entrance next to the utility sink for easy access. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the electrical system in our space, or if you require any assistance during your rental.

General Rules
At The Cute Co-Create Space, we value our guests' safety, comfort, and respect for our space. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have a few house rules that we kindly ask you to follow during your event. Firstly, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, but you are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas. Secondly, we allow outside catering and drinks, but please ensure that all trash is properly bagged for valet trash service. We kindly ask that you refrain from touching the hair extensions on display or removing them from drawers and wall displays.
Additionally, we ask that you do not stand on the furniture, as it may cause damage or injury. While we understand that music is a necessary part of most events, we ask that it not be excessively loud to avoid disrupting neighboring businesses. Lastly, please clean up any spills and leave the space in the same condition as when you arrived. We hope that these rules help create a safe and enjoyable experience for you and your guests at The Cute Co-Create Space.

Security cameras and recording devices
At our business, we take security very seriously, which is why we have installed a video camera with audio capabilities and the ability to capture still images. This camera is located in a strategic position where it can capture a wide view of our space, ensuring that we can monitor all activities within the premises. It is always on, recording 24/7, to help us detect and prevent any suspicious or illegal activities. However, we understand the importance of privacy, so we have made sure that this camera is not located in any areas where our customers or employees would expect privacy, such as restrooms. We also make sure to comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to video and audio recording. No cameras are located in the bathroom!
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
At The Cute Co-Create Space, we want to ensure that all of our guests have a clean and comfortable space for their event. As part of our rental agreement, we ask that all guests ensure that all garbage is properly bagged and placed in the designated area near back door inside the dwelling. Our team will then ensure proper disposal via our valet trash service. Additionally, after your event is concluded, a professional cleaning service will thoroughly clean the space to ensure it is ready for the next guest. This ensures that our guests have a clean and safe environment for their event, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of cleanliness at The Cute Co-Create Space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
