About the Space
ABOUT MODLUXE STUDIOS Welcome to Modluxe Studios! We wanted to create an organically upscale space that could be used for meetings, photo shoots, and private events. Our unique space offers multiple backdrops, as well as an outdoor space. Our furniture is unique, and extremely high end which instantly elevates your photos or events. NEIGHBORHOOD We are located on the border of Los Angeles, right next to Cal State LA. A Tierra Mia is located right around the corner from our space making coffee runs extremely easy. We are located in an industrial area so street parking is accessible. LOGISTICS We offer an indoor and outdoor space. Both options come with your booking so you are welcome to leave the beautiful custom doors open. Please note that we are in an industrial area so outside sounds can be a concern for audio recording.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
