Upstairs Area NOT available for events - There are 2 indoor living rooms with high ornate ceilings and French parquetry flooring which are decorated in a Venetian palazzo style with European antiques. The amount of options for events and small gatherings are endless. • Upstairs area is available at an EXTRA COST as an add on but NOT for events ONLY areas showing in the photos are available for use. We require at least 24- 48 hours prior notice for any bookings to ensure the space / pool is cleaned etc. Great for product launches, industry events, small gatherings, galas, wedding photos

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
