Hard to get to on the premises but the space is gorgeous.

Very cool space with an available and accommodating staff. We had everything we needed as advertised and things were able to run smoothly.

The space is beautiful as advertised and we got fantastic shots in it. The sun comes in just right especially during the golden hour. David was a pleasure to work with onsite, was accessible and took care of any needs we had. The loft is not air-conditioned and got pretty hot so I am glad we had a late afternoon/ early evening shoot. We also had issues finding working outlets in the space and the piano is just a prop so don't plan to capture live audio. All things considered, I would book again and recommend this space to others!

I rented the space to get some footage with the grand piano in front of a sunset window. In the ad, the room looked so beautiful and there were so many spaces, I decided to book an extra hour to get some photos as well. It didn't all go perfectly, but I ended up getting the video footage I wanted, perhaps even better. The white wall had recently been redone when I arrived and it wasn't available, but the biggest issue was that, because of the work they had done on it, there was white dust over the entire space. Joseph was quick to offer another space (which ended up looking much better for my particular video--rustic concrete and paint-chipped turquoise wall with exposed rebar--sounds weird but really worked!), and Ricardo was quick to come clean the area that we wanted to use for photos. We were able to get the most important part of what we needed to shoot, just not all the extras. I lost the extra hour I had booked in the process of moving/cleaning, but I was refunded for it. A few things--be sure you tell them all the spaces you want to use. The clawfoot bathtub wasn't in the space and I was told it was extra. We didn't have time to use it anyway, but it is something I would mention beforehand. Also, do not expect the piano to be in tune! It's just for show. Though it wasn't a flawless experience, Joseph was able to problem-solve quick enough that I got the video footage I came for, so overall, it was a good experience.
