NugeSpace Flex Room
About the Space
We have an UPSTAIRS flexible space that can easily be used to record a meeting, presentation, film a teaching module, a band/music video talking head or interview. We have chairs and tables for a meeting room, production office, fitting room and casting. The maximum number of people/participants is UP TO 75. There is no elevator. There is a full kitchen and island bar that is moveable, single bathroom and shower. There is NO ADA access here. However there are an additional 2 restrooms outside on ground level. The space comes with 30 chairs and 8 tables. There is also a 75 inch /TV thats easy to hook up a computer to. The internet is designated fiber optic and is 1GB up and down when plugged in through the many ethernet outlets.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
