It's close to great local restaurants, charming shops, large parks and other picturesque locations for photo/video shoots. The main floor features a large living room with fireplace, dining room with expandable table, full kitchen, newly remodeled laundry room/half bath, custom mud room, covered stone porch and back deck. The second floor includes three bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is set up as a craft room/office, but can be reconfigured upon request. Outside catering is allowed.

Space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings. Ample space is available for maintaining proper distance between participants.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
