Great space for photo shoots, content creations, and movie scenes. Building has a concrete floor, white walls and ceiling, sofa to seat 6 people, 60 inch TV, ottoman, single chair, and fridge with bottled water for guests. Building located on an acreage of land can be used for movie productions. Only the main floor can be used at this time. Occupant capacity 8 people only. Note: No bathroom available at this time.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
