A private Spanish Modern outdoor oasis complete with a pool and accompanying Bohemian Indoor/Outdoor Pool House located in the heart of West Hollywood. Take a dip in our saltwater pool, enjoy the jacuzzi, towel off on on our daybeds and enjoy the amenities of the flawlessly designed pool house. White stucco and black walls throughout the property coupled with the immense amount of natural light provide a neutral backdrop for brand look books and portraits. The pool house and accompanying bathroom can be used to change, style hair, apply makeup or use an additional location. The space comes fully furnished complete with a kitchenette inclusive of a fridge, sink, Sonos speaker, 75" TV and a full bathroom. The interior has a modern bohemian feel with coastal California touches. The pool and hot tub can be heated for your shoot. There is an option to add it to your booking in the add-ons section for an additional fee. Pool Dimensions: 30’ x 12' Pool Depth: 5' Hot Tub is 7’ x 7’ We accommodate all shoot types including TikTok, Instagram, bikini modeling, swimwear, underwater, photo shoot, brands, influencer, lookbook, portraits, maternity, fitness, social content, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
