Our Podcast Studio is a professional, dedicated recording space built for clear, broadcast-quality audio and video. The room is acoustically treated to minimize echo and outside noise, making it ideal for podcasts, interviews, and voice recordings. Located in a quiet, secure corporate business park in Irvine, California (Orange County). Our versatile space is designed for creative projects including podcasting, video interviews, livestreams, branded content, and more. Guests also have access to a Hair and Make-Up Room, Restroom/Changing Room, lockers, Kitchen, and Lounge area. Note: The room comes with 3 microphones. Use of PTZ cameras and control booth equipment requires a technician to be present at an additional cost. This will enable you to leave with a finished live-switched video.

Health and Safety Measures
The whole studio is cleaned by a professional cleaning company every two weeks. The space is also cleaned and maintained by the staff. The small stage is mopped after every shoot. Soap and paper towels are available at every sink and restroom. There is also hand sanitizer available. Disposable masks and gloves are available upon request. There is a ventilation system in the main studio. There is a rollup door adjacent to the main studio to increase air circulation, if needed. Disinfectant spray bottles, towels, and mops are also readily available.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
