About X Studio
Our sound treated recording and podcast room works great for voice over work, podcasts, and other audio recordings. Our space fits up to six guests in the room. With integrated PTZ cameras we can capture video onsite as well and live switch your session. You have the ability to leave with a finished audio and video product as additional cost if desired. Note: The room comes with 3 microphones. However, use of PTZ cameras and control booth equipment requires a technician to be present at an additional cost.

Health and Safety Measures
Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the studio for easy access. The studio is fogged with disinfectant and wiped after every filming. Disposable masks and gloves are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
