Our Podcast Studio is a professional, dedicated recording space built for clear, broadcast-quality audio. The room is acoustically treated to minimize echo and outside noise, making it ideal for podcasts, interviews, and voice recordings. The desks are modular so the room can be reconfigured for audio mixing, color grading, or ADR. X Studio is a 1,600+ sq ft multi-use production studio in a low-key corporate business park away from heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Our versatile space is designed for creative projects including video production, branded content, podcasting, commercial photography, advertising, livestreaming, and more. Note: The room comes with 3 microphones. Use of PTZ cameras and control booth equipment requires a technician to be present at an additional cost. This will enable you to leave with a finished live-switched video. WEEKENDS and AFTER HOURS: We may be able to accommodate weekend and after-hours bookings. We may apply an additional fee. RUSH BOOKINGS: We may be unable to accommodate bookings scheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice. If we can confirm on short notice, we may apply an additional rush fee.
