A Historic Mediterranean home in Old Northwood with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! Newly renovated, this three bed / three bath home has a spacious interior and luscious landscaping with salt water pool and fountain. Three upstairs bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub), two with shared bathroom with walk in shower along with a full pool bathroom with walk in shower downstairs. Large dining room, kitchen living room, laundry room, breakfast nook and screened in Front Florida porch with original pecky cypress ceiling and mosaic floor. Within walking distance of downtown Northwood restaurants and coffee shops, Waterfront Walking and bike path and just a five minute drive to the beach. Salt water pool access, calming pool fountain, Moroccan fountain and Jasmine trellis vines, designer lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, garden views, outdoor seating, outdoor dining table, BBQ gas grill. Guest access Our guests will have full access to the driveway, house, front porch/yard and backyard garden terrace. The property includes 2 adjacent cottages (Pink Palm Cottage & Studio). Please note, studio and. cottage are NOT included with rental but can be added for longer stays. Security Private gated property with a 4 pin access code which will be provided to guests in advance. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The house was gorgeous with lots of different spaces for varied looks both inside and out, thoughtfully decorated, cozy, well lit, easy access. Gwendolyn was wonderfully attentive and very welcoming. A total pleasure!!

Gwendolyn was absolutely stunning to work with! And the place speaks for itself… one of the coolest locations I’ve shot so far. Incredibly beautiful, details were on point, spotless clean and just overall phenomenal. Can’t wait to be back!
