About the Space
East Dallas Vintage is a multi-vendor experience in the heart of East Dallas. We're more than vintage, we're lifestyle shopping that caters to our neighborhood. We offer one of a kind items that provide an excellent backdrop to shoots. We are also a modular space, so we can easily move items.

Lighting description
We have overhead lighting, lamp light and natural light through our windows. The windows would have to be covered to prevent natural light.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
It's an old masonry building that's pretty solidly sound proof. The road noise is minimal at the front of the space.

We have front door access, plus a roll up side door.

Electrical system description
Electric is newly revamped. Circuit break is located in two places - in the middle of the space in the back of the space. Note: This space was previously broken into two spaces so we have different power sources on either side.

General Rules
We don't allow smoking, so other than that, don't be a dick. :) Many items are fragile, but they can be easily moved and our aisles allow enough room for a wheel chair and/or generally wide wheel-based access.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Most everything (if not all) is modular.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
This is through our alarm company. Just interior and exterior, none in bathrooms or fitting rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean our space every day before and after closing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
