About the Space
An independently owned creative work space on the east side of Los Angeles, just north of Downtown. Our studios and lofts are open for daily, weekly and monthly production. The outdoor portion of our property is available for private events and various activations is. We have 4 units (2 film/photo studios and 2 upstairs lofts) all of which offer an array of unique film and photo opportunities. Our private photo studios on the bottom floor (Studio East and Studio West) both come equipped with cyc walls and large roll up door/load in access directly accessible from the driveway. Loft East Description: - 1,200sf layout - Full kitchen - Central air - Wood/gas fireplace - Private bathroom - 100sf outdoor balcony - Steamer, clothing rack, stereo w/ aux cable and wifi.

Between each Forge Loft rental there are licensed and experienced cleaning professionsals that come through and reset the entire unit.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
