About the Space
We are located on the 4th floor in the beautiful historic Abdou Building in downtown El Paso, Texas. 450 sqft of creative space to execute your unique artwork and vision. Every piece of equipment in the studio is yours to use, no extra charge, just treat them as if they were your own. Feel free to move anything in the studio, just return it to its original setting. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
