About the Space
My home is a fully furnished, recently renovated property boasting with 15 ft ceilings in the common areas, and 10ft ceilings in the bedrooms. This is a 2 bedroom property kissed with new bamboo flooring, marble countertops, new appliances, and a large bathroom that also houses the laundry room. This home is just shy of 100 years old, so I ask that you help us preserve this piece of history by using the utmost care and appreciation, so please respect your elders 😉. This property is located in one of the most historic neighborhoods in the United States, and is booming with personality from the colorful houses, to the amazing culture! The Treme neighborhood has a rich Creole and African American history, as one of the oldest in the country. Residents of Treme are native New Orleanians, transplants and many who work in the hospitality area. Residents of this community are the same people that cook our delicious food in the restaurants you visit, work in our service industry and keep our city running. The space is thoroughly cleaned after each booking. Surfaces are wiped, disinfected, and all sheets are cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
