The house, built in the early 1900's, overlooks the quaint village of St. Jacobs. Its currently in a transitional/renovation state which permits much flexibility for location shoots. (In otherwords, there is opportunity to create an interior or experience as desired for the film, function or otherwise.) The house has an attached "green house" which looks onto an acre property filled with mature trees and greenery. Think of Pip in his fantasy garden in "Great Expectations" and you'll get the summer vibe . It ressembles a private park. There are 2 levels inside. The main level includes 2 fireplaces, 7 rooms which can be used for a variety of different filming purposes . The upper level has 2 rooms and a bathroom. There are 3 attics and multiple entry points: a main door, back door, multiple doors from the greenhouse and from an attached garage. There is also a "detached" garage which is available for use as well. The house's unique positioning in the village (up a hill) provides for cinematic vantage points of interests. While there is a basement, it only houses the furnace and other supplies. Internet access is of course available.
