1. Please treat our home as if it was your own 2. No guests other than the those who have reserved the property are authorized to be in the unit. Please make sure to book the appropriate number of guests. Anyone who will be in the unit for any length of time should be considered a guest and counted in the total. If there are extra guests found to be in the unit that you have not registered, there will be a $50 charge for each. Pets require pre-approval and are considered "guests." 3. We allow small dinner parties, but not parties. If you'd like to host a dinner party, please reach out first so we can discuss. 4. We ask that all guests remove their shoes upon entering. If filming a video or a photoshoot, the model or actor/actress may where his or her shoes. 5. The guest who made the reservation must be the one who checks in, and will need to provide a Government ID. 6. Smoking is under no circumstances allowed inside our home. Anyone caught smoking in the unit will be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee. 7. Please DO NOT move any furniture or hang anything on the walls / ceiling without prior approval. Doing so can cause damage to the hardwood floors or paint. If furniture is found to be moved, or anything is found on the walls / ceiling there will be a MINIMUM charge of $50.
