About the Space
Greetings! Welcome to our multi-purpose home in prime Carroll Gardens, just steps from the Gowanus Canal. Our space is recently renovated and very spacious. It's the perfect spot for a photoshoot or an intimate dinner party. We have hosted a number of film crews from in the past as well as other photographers via Airbnb. The townhouse is three levels with a lovely backyard and the rooftop is available upon request. The kitchen is open and bright with large windows overlooking the backyard. You enter the home at street level and walk up the stairs to access the kitchen, dining room, half bath and living room. The main floor is included in the rental rate. Bedrooms and backyard may be made available upon request and with approval.

Thorough cleaning procedure in place for each and every booking. All surfaces are fully disinfected and group size is kept intentionally on the small side for all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
