It offers a variety of outdoor living spaces from a spacious deck, small green-belt, open area of DG and a covered patio with lounge seating. Ideal for intimate, one-of-a-kind gatherings. General seating available for 30+ guests Large table on deck has 1 long bench and 5 to 7 chairs to seat from 10-13 guests 2 additional tables have 6 chairs, respectively, for another 12 guests total

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This was an amazing experience! Richard was a wonderful host. I have never done Peerspace before and I was hosting my best friend’s baby shower. Richard made this experience so easy. His backyard was so beautiful. I got nothing but compliments throughout the entire shower. I highly recommend this location. It was easy to find the parking was good. The atmosphere was beautiful. It was everything we wanted and more. I feel very grateful for this experience.

I hosted my 30th birthday brunch here. Richard was kind enough to let me come check out the space before booking…as soon as I walked in I fell in love. Richard’s space is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Lots of seating and shade available for guests. There was also enough room for 3 different caterers. I love how the space had an indoor restroom available for the guests as well. All my guests were saying how stunning this backyard was. It doesn’t even feel like you’re in a backyard…you truly feel like you’re at a winery or something. Richard was GREAT at communicating and was really an awesome host. I would definitely recommend booking this space. 10/10 overall.

I booked the tranquil garden for a private graduation party and it was a huge success. Richard and Melissa were the most accommodating, kind and gracious hosts. Their back yard is beautiful. Tranquil is the perfect word to describe it. The peace the space gave the event was unmatched and my family couldn’t stop talking about how perfect the location was. The pictures were enough to make me book but the garden is even better in person. The party started from 6-9 and the June weather was just right. We had a nice view of the sunset and pleasant breezes as the sun went down. The lighting in the back yard really set the tone for a relaxing wind down until the party ended. This place is such a gem. We really didn’t need any decor aside for the centerpieces. This space does all the work for you. Thank you Richard and Melissa for making my event such a special moment for my family. I hope to book again.

One of the best places to host an intimate party! The garden is so beautiful, well kept, and enchanting. Richard was a great and helpful hostess. We hosted my bridal shower in this venue and the ambiance of the garden was perfect and stunning! Richard’s space was absolutely perfect for my uncles Celebration of life. The garden is very spacious and has multiple seating options. There’s also plenty of parking. The weather was a bit cold that day and Melissa was very kind to bring out some warm blankets for us. He was also extremely great at communicating and accommodating our needs. Highly recommend booking with them!

I decided to rent this space out for my dirty thirty and let me say that the venue looks a lot better in person. The lights and decor have a very intimate vibe and my guests loved it. On top of that, Richard was extremely accommodating, and I couldn’t ask for a better host. He is there every step of the way, and I couldn’t thank him more for making my birthday special.
