Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Heather was great with communication and handling all of our questions. It was a great venue. I would book it again only for meetings and not necessarily a party though because the music situation on the sound system wasn't the most intuitive one. Plus we had to take all of the trash off the premises and imagine if we didn't have a truck or a dumpster back at home to take all the trash there.

Venue in the Village may not be the cheapest but it’s worth every penny. Great location and ambiance. All of our guests loved it. Acoustics in the main room are Ricky because of the vaulted ceiling. But they have a Donos system so if you can connect your audio to it, that would be the safest and most effective solution. Rear patio area is also a beloved feature of this venue.

Great venue! Very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Priced well with reasonable fees for optional add ons such as tables and chairs. Some last minute stress such as access to media hardware and our catering service. Better communication on both sides could have avoided this. Thank you Heather for your help with booking this really unique space in the heart of La Mesa village.

We just had my son’s graduation party and it was a perfect space… The person who helped coordinate the venue was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I would definitely rent the space for a future event.
