This listing is for private access to our 4 person office/meeting space. Requirements: We require government-issued ID for submission, email address and a guest list for first time guests. Your Reservation Includes: You reservation includes access to your private reserved space with windows, whiteboard upon request, high speed WIFI, available coffee/tea and snacks. Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed - we will provide one large trash bag for catering disposal. Each additional bag, when required, is $10. Hospitality Partners: We partner with local small businesses for both catering and hospitality needs. We currently partner with the Sonesta Hotel. Guests who book with us receive a 15% discount per reservation. Inquire for more information. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
