About the Space
This condo is located in the heart of Cap Hill! What we love about this space is the beautiful natural light all throughout the day! Even though we do offer studio backdrops, what makes this space unique is that you could get away with just using the brick walls as a background that are accompanied by 15ft white concrete ceilings, brick floors, disco balls, a huge gold mirror, and mid-century modern furniture.

We clean excessively before and after every booking. This is our home too so we want it to be extremely clean for not only ourselves, but also our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
