About the Space

Photoshoots, video, business meeting retreat There is a big fireplace between the kitchen and Living room along with lots of comfortable reclining seating. Large TV above fireplace (wood and gas burning fireplace) Large windows in living room that give a wonderful view of large aspen trees. Deck area goes around half of the house with 6 rocking chairs to enjoy being outside.

Health and Safety Measures

Cabin space will be deep cleaned by a professional cleaner. All rentals include setup and teardown time Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space and all trash removed

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
