About Liz by Design Photography
Our studio is dark and moody yet light and airy and perfect for boudoir, newborn, seniors, headshots, one year sessions, and intimate family photoshoots. It's uniquely designed spaces gives your clients a one-of-a-kind backdrop for any session. In the studio, you'll find a beautiful bed setup, double arched floor to ceiling corner windows, an antique clawfoot tub, fabric backdrop options, three paper backdrop options, natural light windows 3/4 around the entire building, a well maintained bathroom for your HMUA and guest use, a snack and drink bar, a client seating area, client closet for ladies/maternity/boudoir, one year outfits, newborn wraps/backdrops, and antiques/props. Please know that the client closet (any outfits), newborn wraps/backdrops, and snacks/drink bar are available as an add-on and are not included in the standard rental.

We provide hand sanitizer, Lysol spray, hand soap, dish soap, and windex to use as needed. The studio is properly sanitized between uses.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
