With three distinct rooms to choose from and an abundance of daylight throughout, the space offers flexibility for productions of all kinds. A bright and airy studio with a minimal, monochrome aesthetic, featuring a neutral palette, cool-toned wood flooring, and elegant accent pieces including a micro cement dining table and curved boucle sofa. Thoughtfully designed backdrops and clean architectural lines make every corner an opportunity to create. Nestled within a Grade II listed Victorian English Heritage building, the studio has been carefully curated to provide a seamless and inspiring environment. From the moment you arrive, you’ll understand why our clients return time and again - every detail has been considered to make your experience effortless and memorable. The studio includes free on-site parking, additional props, a hair & beauty station, standing steamer, speaker, and clothes rail, storage, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with teas, coffee, and snacks. Optional studio host support is available as an add-on for those who would like on-site assistance during their booking.

To prepare our studio, we begin by clearing any clutter and removing any trash or debris. Once that's done, we use a dry cloth to dust all surfaces in the studio, including tables, chairs, and equipment. Then, we wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant wipes, paying special attention to high-touch areas like light switches and doorknobs. After that, we vacuum or sweep the floors of the studio and spot-clean any stains or spills if necessary. Finally, we mop the floors with water and a mild detergent, being careful to let them dry completely before allowing anyone to use the space. We also check for any damages or issues that may need attention before renting out the studio. By following this cleaning process, we can ensure that our studio is always clean, tidy, and ready for use by renters.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
