The apartment is ideally located with easy highway access and walking distance to Mississippi and Williams. Please note that the host lives in the apartment above. ★BEDS & BATHS★ Designed for groups of 2 (3 max), Pinot features 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fully stocked with linens, towels and soaps. 1 bedroom with queen size bed ★KITCHEN & DINING★ The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including an electric stove top and cabinets stocked with a complete set of cookware, dinnerware and drink ware. ★TV and Entertainment★ With a 60” television (with an AppleTV conveniently tucked away!) you will have no problem enjoying movie night with your housemates. You will have access to Netflix, HBOMax, Disney+ and Prime Streaming. YoutubeTV will allow you to watch all your regular channels such as ESPN, CNN, FOX, ABC, etc. Of course, you are welcome to login to any of your other streaming services. There is a large portable bluetooth speaker for you to enjoy music inside or outside. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health , safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. ★Outdoor★ Just outside the kitchen you will have access to a large patio with a gas firepit and stylish outdoor lounging furniture. ★ESSENTIALS★ The house is equipped with high speed WiFi, heating and full size washer and dryer. ★Guest access★ You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled at will. Parking is available for 1 vehicle on the street in front of home.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
