This space is designed to be very versatile for impromptu shoots and specific needs for commercial photography, modeling shoots, portraits both single and group and even artist class instruction sessions. Located top floor in a beautifully renovated downtown Lancaster factory this large studio also has full access to the rooftop overlooking the entire downtown as well as West facing full sunsets. Several features truly separate this studio from others in that: - ALL form of lighting equipment is provided for your use. Available to all renters are studio lighting both strobe as well as continuous lighting. Brands available are Elinchrom, Godox, Photogenic and Neewer. Wireless synchronization modules are available for the following camera brands: Nikon, Canon, Sony and Fuji. - Light modifiers are all available including but not limited to: softboxes both large and small with grids, beauty dishes, reflectors, 8x4ft white foam core freestanding light bouncers, book stands, floor stands and rolling stands. Scrims and Gobos are available as well. Motorized panning rails available for dslr video. - Video cinema lighting available onsite made by Arriflex - Two wheeled camera stands and two tripods available - 15+ hand painted backgrounds are available as well as black and full green screen for edits and full white wall for leaning and fashion scene support. - The South wall has been reduced down to its original brick for a very “Urban Outfitters” look in your shoots. Most of the large windows are block glass which creates exceptional marbling of incoming light when needed - A fully postered and canopied queen size bed is available as needed. - Two grand pianos on wheels (one black and one rosewood) are available for very creative scene ideas. - Five different benches and Victorian loveseats offer a broad variety of looks and period ideas. - A kitchen butcher block island is available for food photography with lighting and cameras brackets mounted above. (functioning sink, microwave and refrigerator onsite as well for fast steam when needed) - Several 5 and 6ft tall elegant beveled mirrors are all fully movable to utilize as needed. - Two makeup stations are available with mirrors and full lighting. - Private bathroom on same floor as well as shower equipped private bathroom on the lower level floor. Privacy is assured. - Wifi is available throughout. - 15” MacBook Pro available with tethering cables as needed for tethered shooting. MacBook includes CaptureOne, Photoshop, and Lightroom for tethering and edits during your shoots. 42” LCD TV available on wheeled stand for tethering and demos. - Full sound system available with Bluetooth. - Musical instruments also available include: Mapex Drumset, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, ukulele as well as the previously named pianos. - 1080p DLP projector available for wall broadcast or model texture shaping. - Grandfather clock and Grandmother clocks available - Full white claw foot bathtub onsite with wheels to be moved as needed. - Water based fog machine available as well - Keurig coffeemaker fully stocked onsite for keeping awake as needed. - Many prop items have been acquired overs the years that are also available on request but too many to mention here. Feel free to ask as needed. - Professional staff photographer or owner ONSITE AT ALL TIMES and available for help and advice. - Easy location for food deliveries such as DoorDash, Dominos, etc. - Alcohol consumption and smoking onsite are strictly forbidden. Drugs are very obviously forbidden. Vaping indoors is also not permitted This studio is designed not to be full of existing preset scenes but rather be open and equipped for the creation of any idea you have. The hourly pricing is kept very affordable so that long rental times are worth it. Make your scenes with your imagination not just based on what the last shooter used. There truly is equipment everywhere. This is not intended to be a neat and orderly meeting facility or party zone.
