State of the art, 28x40 foot ADA approved rehearsal studio, gallery, and performance space in Metuchen, NJ. It houses mignolo dance and is available for rentals. With a wide open space, wall-to-wall mirrors, high ceilings, and a marley floor, it is an ideal place for professional dancers as well as theater companies, musicians, and visual artists. About the space: -two bathrooms (one of which is handicap accessible) -wall to wall marley (dance floor) with ballet bar -wall to wall mirrors with black out curtains to cover them when needed -baby grand piano -art gallery -projector -bluetooth speaker -a digital door code will be sent to you on the days you have registered to use the space

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

I booked this space for my daughter who is practicing her Sweet 16 dance. We booked for two hours it was clean, organized, very spacious. My daughter has 16 friends practicing a Cumbia set, the Waltz and Afrobeats section for the day of her party and it was stress free to practice here. I highly recommend.

Wonderful space! We were able to shoot a bunch of different scenes here. The lighting was phenomenal — a big shout out to Nathan! Tobi was super responsive and very accommodating. I would definitely book again.

Mignolo is an amazing venue. The space is so chic and beautiful. The venue made our event a success. It’s pristine and perfect for all things creative and so much more. The owners are kind and always willing to help. I highly recommend this venue for your event!!

Space was as advertised and great. Check in was easy, and communication was clear. The main con was parking, but there are spaces within a decent walking distance.
