FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Full kitchen • Cooking and food preparation is allowed on site • Speakers, Television • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed by connecting to the TV or speaker within the space • Space Rules: • Ideal space for: Dinner Events, Holiday Parties, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, TV & Film • Dinning Table setup for up to 14 Please Note: for events, the guest bedroom is locked. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The Modern NY Chelsea Loft was the PERFECT place to host my birthday party. All of my guests were raving about the space. I can't imagine having it anywhere else. Eric made sure I had everything I needed and even recommended vendors to help bring my vision to life. He was so communicative throughout the entire process, I would definitely book again.

What an amazing space! Everything was perfect and Eric was a tremendous host. The photos don’t do the space justice, it is even more amazing in person and is so spacious! Would absolutely recommend.

We booked the space for a portrait session. The space was nice and clean. There were a lot of corners to shoot portraits. My client is happy and the images turned out great.

Eric’s loft is beautiful and spacious. Was a perfect venue for my birthday celebration with a bigger group (50 ppl). Eric was a fantastic host. Would absolutely book again. Thanks for having us!

This space was outstanding for our production. Clean, well appointed with nice furniture, and QUIET. Plenty of space for lights and cameras, plus easy to get in and out of, especially for NY production standards. The owner was communicative and responsive. Clients had a positive experience. I would highly recommend this space for your NYC video production.
