Parking description
Large parking area for up to 50 vehicles.
General Rules
1. No smoking allowed in the studio or building.
2. No pets allowed, unless previously arranged with the studio owner.
3. All equipment and furniture must remain in the studio and be returned to their original location after use.
4. Guests must leave the studio in the same condition as when they arrived. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive messes.
5. Any damages to the studio or equipment must be reported immediately to the studio owner and will be charged to the guest responsible.
6. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum during late or early hours.
7. No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
8. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
9. Studio access is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in the booking.
10. The studio owner reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with these house rules or is deemed to be a risk to the studio or its occupants.
11. Technical Support will be provided on booking dates and be the only one allowed to touch and setup all our in house equipment.
12. Educational and business content only allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras located in all public areas that record video and audio. We require that cameras are always on for security.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously at our studio. Before and after each rental, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all surfaces, equipment, and furniture with commercial-grade cleaning products. We also provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for guests to use during their rental.
To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, we require a cleaning fee for each rental. This fee covers the cost of our cleaning supplies and staff time. Please note that excessive messes or damages may result in additional cleaning fees.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
