This is your little hidden gem in the middle of the Jungle! The 2nd Floor deck is off-llimits and the bonfire pit area the first floor can only be used as a walkway access as respect for the first floor tenants. With Ocean views, and direct beach access, and breathtaking sunsets it is the perfect spot to make your next creative masterpiece. THERE is a giant sand wall from December through March. For photos privately message me. You are still able to see a beautiful view. The giant sand mount helps prevent beach erosion and flooding. This is an annual occurrence. Relax and take in the views, while making magic. Perfect for photo shoots, beach getaways, proposals, weddings, music videos and films. Please no parties unless approved prior to scheduling. Only approved pets, no large animals will be allowed. For the time being the downstair patio can only be used as a walk way to the sand. Wifi, 1 Parking spot and street parking as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
