This bright and welcoming ground level creative space with it's industrial aesthetic and gallery lighting, is perfect for hosting workshops, readings, meetings, pop-ups and more. Fitting 10-15 seated or 35-40 standing, the space can be rearranged to meet your needs. The space features reliable Wifi, two large, folding tables with stools, and a cozy lounge corner with two designer sofas by the north facing window front. The storefront windows provide plenty of light and also have shades for privacy. There is a clean, accessible bathroom with a large sink in the back. We do not have a food prep kitchen, but there is plenty of space for catering, and a small refrigerator and microwave are available. There are also many neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The host will have the space set up and ready for you and will be present when you arrive. Our space is available for rent weekday early mornings, evenings and weekends. There is free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood and public transportation nearby. We recommend inquiries and/or site visits prior to booking so we can suggest set up and get a clear understanding of your needs.
