Location: Located in the heart of Montrose, Houston, TX, the apartment/loft is surrounded by museums, restaurants, and bar for after session meetings or lunch breaks. After photographing in the loft filled with natural llight, take a stroll around the surrounding area for supplemental photos on Rice Campus or Hermann Park. Amenities: •Separate Room with loads of natural light that can accommodate a make-up/hair station •Living Room with sumsang smart frame TV •Full kitchen with refrigerator and stove •Wardrobe hanger •Working shower *PLEASE NOTE*, in order to keep from a cleaning fee add-on, each renter MUST return the space as found. Failure to do so with trash, un-returned furnishings, or other will automatically result in a CLEANING CHARGE OF $100.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
