NO smoking and vaping inside the property. Your time begins at the exact time you booked and ends at the time stated as your end time. Reservation time includes set up, breakdown and cleanup to prevent additional charges. All items brought into the space must be removed at the end of your reservation. Any overtime will be billed half hour increments rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate per peerspace guidelines. Restrictions: Children must be supervised at all times. *Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces and put out at the end of reservation *Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. *Frying food is not allowed in the space. *Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be painter’s tape. *Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents. *Smoke machines, confetti, and glitter are prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents *No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs. *Music or other sounds must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio. *Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of Renter and its vendors to set up, break down, and move equipment and other items within the Studio. *The renter/ or contractor may not sublease the Studio to any third party. *Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law. *Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful Boudoir shoots are allowed. CLEANING FEES: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace
