Blackout curtains in Master bedroom. Main floor has two large windows and natural light is great all day until dusk--thick curtains, but they do not completely black out the light. Natural lighting also on the roof with retractable door.

Usually very quiet. I do live next to a railroad track, but usually a train will come once or twice daily and you can hear noise for about 10 seconds.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
