It's the perfect space for birthday parties, private gatherings, pop-ups, fundraisers, and special events! The Clubhouse also has sliding doors to allow for indoor/outdoor seating, which can be utilized until 10pm daily.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a great venue to host a baby shower! There was plenty of space for our guests and we loved that we could keep food warm in the ovens. The building accommodated every need which was helpful for my friends organizing the event. I would definitely book this place again!

I had a really good experience with Vista 99. Ariana and the other staff were really professional, responsive and helpful. The place was really nice and all of my guest loved it. Everyone complimented the place and stated that they would highly consider renting the spot if they had to host an event in the future. I loved the layout of the place. It had a full kitchen bar and also an outdoor area for the guests to hang out at. They also gave us 2 parking spots in the garage for loading and unloading. I would definitely rent this place again.

the staff there were very friendly and the space was perfect for our baby shower! We had one area be for check-in/gifts/photo backdrop and another area for sitting around/chatting/eating. The kitchen area is pretty big and they also have a nice size fridge to store drinks/food.

The clubhouse was perfect for our part. Indoor/outdoor space gave us enough area to setup everything for kid's birthday party. Thank you to the manager at Vista 99 for being very prompt and responsive. One thin g can be improved is the guest entry code. It didn't work for us and we had to go and receive every guest from the lobby.

This place is beautiful and absolutely worth the booking. The staff are all amazing and very accommodating to our needs. Friendly, clean, awesome location! I would highly recommend booking here!
