About the Space

Fully equipped photography studio. About 650 sq ft. With 2 large windows facing south and having sun and natural light through the day from about 10 am to 7 pm. About 25 ft by 25ft in size. The studio is on the corner of Broadway and Houston and can also be used to set up for a shoot on the SoHo streets. We have: - shoots with natural and strobe light - various angles for natural light - loading dock and freight elevator during business hours for easy load and unloading - changing room inside the studio - makeup table and chairs - lights with various modifiers - various backdrops easy to install and deploy - clothes racks - water, tea, coffee - beautiful, warm, and pleasant building common areas - projector available for tethered shooting or for reference poses/mood board - very fast internet ( 200MB upload and download)

Health and Safety Measures

All hard to clean materials (confetti, milk, flour, powder, fake blood, wax, body oil, etc) are to be approved in advance. A refundable deposit is required We employ professional cleaners that come regularly to clean the entire space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
