About the Space
Fully equipped photography studio. About 650 sq ft. With 2 large windows facing south and having sun and natural light through the day. About 25 ft by 25 ft in size. Changing room inside the studio and makeup table and chairs. The studio is on the corner of Broadway and Houston and can also be used to setup for a shoot on the SoHo streets. We have lovely natural light coming in at various angles. There are various options for studio strobe and constant lighting with a variety of modifiers and equipment available. All included in the rental fee. All hard to clean materials (confetti, milk, flour, powder, fake blood, wax, body oil, etc) are to be approved in advance. A refundable deposit is required We employ professional cleaners that come regularly to clean the entire space.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
