About the Space
This 900 sq ft standalone building is perfect for small scale & private events! The main space holds up to 50 people with access to a bonus room perfect for meetings of up to 10. We include tables & chairs, tv, projector, and speakers! We also have a big outdoor space great for parties and games!

We have a parking lot for 10 cars. There is additional parking across the street!
General Rules
Customers must leave the venue in the same condition as it was when they arrived.
Customers are responsible for any damages incurred during their event. This includes damage to the venue, furniture, fixtures, or any other property owned by the venue.
Any damages must be reported to our staff immediately.
Customers will be charged for any damages incurred during their event. The cost of repairs or replacement will be calculated based on the extent of the damage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of our venue, including indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking device.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to, drug use, underage drinking, and any other criminal activity.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean before and after every booking!
Customers must leave the venue in the same condition as it was when they arrived. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
