Depot Village is the perfect destination conveniently located in Downtown Gainesville, Florida. Guests enjoy a unique boutique hotel experience rich with traditional charm. We have an outside space that has a stage area for DJs and musicians with enough area for you and your friends/family to gather for your special occasion. We host art shows, vintage market pop-ups, weddings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduation parties, Celebration of Life memorials, poker runs, holiday parties, family reunions, corporate events, and retreats. Our Yellow House can become your meeting place or it can become a teahouse in a whim.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
