Our studio features 12ft by 24ft of open space, perfect for photo and video shoots of all kinds. We have a western-facing window that provides amazing natural light, measuring approximately 24ft wide and 8ft tall. We also provide two work tables, eight chairs, a Hair & makeup vanity mirror, and a private changing room to help make your experience as comfortable as possible. Additionally, our lounge area includes two love seats and side tables for lil relaxation and or casual meetings. freight elevator, and loading dock also available for our clients to use. Our studio is flooded with natural light, providing a full Manhattan skyline view, and the surrounding industrial neighborhood provides endless options for vibrant backdrops. We also have access to a 2nd floor patio (shared space) that you can use to capture the perfect outdoor shot. We offer a small prep area with a coffee maker, and our studio is equipped with WiFi for your convenience. Our studio is staffed at all times to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
